The Italian Grape Ale is an Italian beer where the character of grapes meets that of hops.
In fact, beer wort and grapes together give life to a bridge drink between these two very different worlds, so opposite.
Being rooted in our home territory, we use local grapes and for our beer we use the must of an native grape variety such as Nerello Mascalese.
The pairing that comes out of it is a craft beer, bottle-conditioned unfiltered and unpasteurized, characterized precisely by the addition of Nerello Mascalese grape must, which has notes of sweets, candied fruit, honey, caramel, and sultanas.
