Our craft beer bottle-conditioned, unfiltered and unpasteurized, has floral notes of rose and geranium, fruity notes of peach and spicy notes of coriander.
Many talk about it, but not everyone knows it. Our Blanche beer is easily recognizable by its look, first of all, because it doesn’t have the classic golden yellow color but is much lighter and with an opalescent appearance.
The flavor of this beer style is slightly tart, fresh and spicy, with bitterness almost imperceptible, a beer suited to those who don’t like the distinctive hop note.
Blanche is a light beer, much appreciated because it is particularly thirst-quenching.
Precisely for these characteristics, lightness and delicacy, our Blanche is perfect for aperitif time.
So the best way to pair it is to serve it with some snacks.
But it also goes well with some light dishes and simple preparations, such as white meats or fish. Also fried foods, cheeses with preserves and honey, or some dry pastry desserts.
A note on the glass to use. Blanche beer should be served in glasses with a flared rim, because the aromas and spices must reach the nose easily.
