The RED is a craft beer, bottle-conditioned, unfiltered and unpasteurized, with a complex aroma featuring notes of hazelnut, sweets, candied orange and a delicate spiciness.
An important thing to know is that red or amber beer must produce its head of foam, essential to preserve all the drink’s scents and aromas.
It’s thanks to the foam that we can sit down, relax, slowly sip our red beer and enjoy its unchanged taste until the last sip.
What food pairings are recommended for our red?
Generally, beer is associated with pizza. However, lovers of this lightly alcoholic drink, with very ancient origins (it was already produced in Mesopotamia 4,000 years BC), know that tasting it at the table extends to many other courses.
Thanks to its bold taste, red beer pairs perfectly with beef, lamb, veal, sausage and all red meats, preferably cooked on the grill.
It’s also excellent with aged cheeses such as Parmesan and with cured meats and cold cuts.
How to enjoy our red?
Each beer is tasted in the right glass; in fact, it may seem strange, but the shape and type of glass used influences the beer’s taste.
